Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps you identify and challenge negative thinking patterns that affect your emotions and behaviors, replacing them with healthier, more productive thoughts. Depending on your needs, we may incorporate CBT techniques in sessions to help address anxiety, depression, and other issues in a structured, goal-oriented way.

Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Motivational Interviewing encourages clients to explore and confront ambivalence about behavior change, helping them build motivation to make positive shifts. We may use MI in sessions to help you examine and work through ambivalence, especially in cases of mild addictions or behavior changes.

Attachment-Based Therapy

Attachment-based therapy explores how early relationships influence emotional development and behavior, focusing on building healthier attachment styles. We can incorporate this approach during sessions to help you understand and improve your relationship patterns and emotional well-being.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

DBT blends mindfulness and CBT to help manage intense emotions, improve distress tolerance, and enhance emotional regulation. This resource can be integrated into our sessions if you're dealing with emotional instability or seeking ways to manage intense feelings more effectively.

EMDR THERAPY

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps clients process trauma, addictions, and phobias by focusing on specific thoughts or emotions while engaging in bilateral stimulation, such as following the therapist’s finger movements. This resource can be used during sessions to help you process past experiences and reduce emotional distress.
